Cardio Cycle (Statesville Recreation Center)

Ride indoors!! This class will get your legs moving and your energy level up! Includes climbs, sprints, and lots of fun!

Please review the below regarding classes at the Statesville Recreation Center:

🔹 Group fitness classes are included in the Annual and Monthly memberships.

🔹Single class passes are $5 per class.

🔹Classes are subject to be cancelled or changed without prior notice.

🔹All classes will be held in the Group Fitness Studio unless otherwise denoted on the schedule.

🔹Please notify the instructor before class if you are new to the class or require modifications.
